to appreciate. Depending on your current emotional state this may vary quite a bit. If you are feeling pretty low on the
emotional scale, something like "I appreciate the earth continues to spin without my effort," might be the best you can
do. If you can feel good listing something challenging, go ahead and put it there. This is a good way to start the day
or when you notice you want to feel better. Something you may not have been able to feel good about when you started
may be OK to put in further down on the list when you are in a more appreciative mood. The information typed in is not sent to
