How to use:
1. Drag needs from left table onto right table upper section as the needs are expressed. When acknowledged drag to the lower section.
2. Custom needs can be added. The custom needs will be in red with the word custom in front. This is to draw attention to to acknowledge they have been added and their potential to be strategies instead of needs. Once in the right table the custom need will not change and a new need can be added.
3. When both parties are ready to go to solution request the needs that have been expressed can be reviewed to determine importance to each party.
4. More than one need can be placed in a right table cell. Sometimes it will be overwritten and sometimes it will be added to. I recommend only one need per cell.
