Explanation of the skill

This skill consists of keeping track of where you are in the 5-step NVC mediation model. Have you just begun step 3 by asking person B to reflect back the needs of person A? And if person B does not immediately reflect but takes the conversation somewhere else can you track that you may want to come back to ask person B to reflect A's needs.

Example of using the skill

"I am remembering that before you told me what you have just told me I had asked you if you would reflect person's A needs. I am wondering if you are willing to do that now?"
