15 | 19 | You can just rebuild it anyway | This is going to strategy before empathy, usually more stimulating. |
15 | 11 | Are you upset? | This is empathizing with an emotional guess. Demonstrates concern for their emotional state and is usually soothing. |
15 | 9 | Do you want respect? | Empathy for the need is usually the most soothing. Typically works better if emotion is included. |
15 | 20 | Why don‘t you ask him to rebuild it he could do it better. | Advice and insult combined, way to go! Hopefully the speaker is not prone to violence. |
