15 13 Do you think I pushed you off? Getting intellectual understanding is helpful but not the most effective.
15 9 Are you upset and want trust? Guessing the emotion and need will be the most soothing.
15 18 I didn't, you're the idiot that fell off. Arguing and insulting, better get ready to run.
15 13 Are you frustrated? Guessing someone's emotion usually will move them up the emotional scale.
15 19 Just ask Fred, I didn't push you off. Showing Someone you intend to argue with them usually escalates a situation.
